Jenny Goulding – Managing Director

Petra Martins – HR Consultant
Petra joined Agile at the beginning of 2020 as HR Consultant. She graduated from Kingston University with a degree in Human Resources and holds a CIPD membership.
Her HR career has focused on fast paced sectors including office refurbishment, construction, retail, QSR and hospitality. She has a broad generalist HR background including detailed employee relations, recruitment, health and safety, change management thorough to payroll and strategic management.
Petra is really passionate about the impact HR can have on SME business and prides herself on her practical, supportive, highly driven and knowledgeable approach.


Lydia Rees – HR Consultant
Lydia joined Agile HR in January 2021, coming from a Senior HR role in the Telecoms and Tech sectors in London. She is experienced in supporting Leaders with their People Strategy, always considering the Business and the Commercial impact.
Her varied career in both generalist and specialist roles has seen Lydia develop a passion for Employee Relations, specialising in Change Management, Absence and Performance Management. She remains up-to-date on Employment legislation and Case law as a member of the CIPD, proactively seeking the latest information and pairing it with her own extensive experience to give you the best and most relevant guidance.
Lydia grew up in Paris and is therefore bilingual in French, and has experience working in countries within EMEA, including Russia, the Middle East, Spain, Poland, Italy and France. This international experience means Lydia is highly adaptable to different workplace cultures, providing her with a resilient and flexible style of HR to engage with people at all levels and backgrounds.
Hils Jackett - HR Administrator
Hils joined Agile HR Consulting in March 2021 as an HR Administrator. She gained her Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Kingston University.
Hils started her HR career with an internet start-up, helping establish and adapt HR practices for a company that became an internet giant. She has remained passionate about supporting the early part of the employee onboarding process, finding the right candidates for businesses, and helping to recruit and induct them successfully into their new roles. Hils has experience of providing HR administration for all areas of the employee lifecycle within EMEA and CALA.
Hils is committed to providing effective and efficient HR administration and loves to support people on their professional, business and personal journeys.
